Interview: Comics in Education

I recently had the privilege to join Dr. Meryl Jaffe in a discussion on comics in education with Wendy Browne of Women Write About Comics.

We discussed the benefits of comics for teaching reading, visual literacy, and critical thinking skills. In the article, I also shared examples from both my 8th grade and 11th grade courses.
